- Vadukapuli Pickle or Vadukapuli Naranga Achar is one which could make and use instant . Its inevitable one for Kerala Sadya(Feast)
- First of all, We clean the lemon well, keep it in hot water for 10 minutes.
- Cut it in to small Pieces. Add salt and mix well. Keep it for 10-15 minutes
- In a Pan heat Gingelly Oil. Add Mustard seeds
- When Mustard seeds starts to spurts, Add Kashmiri Chilly powder.
- Add Fenugreek powder, Asafoetida and mix well
- Flame off and add the Lemon pieces and mix well
- You can use it instantly. Vadukapuli Naranga Achar is ready
