0/0 steps made- Cook beef with 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder and salt.
- Boil the Tapioca cubes with 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder and salt.
- Mash the Tapioca well and keep it aside
- In a pan heat a teaspoon oil . Add grated coconut , and red chilly and fry it till it obtain brown colour.
- Add coriander powder and fry for few more minutes
- Grind the coconut mix with required amount of water in to thick paste
- In a pan heat two teaspoon oil. add ginger and garlic, saute for few minute
- Now add sliced Onions, add salt and saute it well till its colour will change
- Add chilly powder, Meat masala and mix well
- Add coconut paste and mix well. Now add cooked beef with stock
- when everything combined to a thick gravy , add Pepper powder
- Now mix the mashed tapioca with the masala and mix well
- Before serving add chopped onions
