  1. First step of Chutney making is , Grind together Coconut, ginger, shallot,Chilly powder to a paste with required amount of water
  2. in a Pan heat oil, crackle mustard seeds, with curry leaves, Dry red chillies
  3. Now add coconut paste with and add water.
  4. Add salt and mix well
  5. Remove from stove before boiling
  6. Note: if you don’t have chilly powder or don’t like it, You can add green chillies
  7. Serve with Dosa, Idli or Appam
