0/0 steps made- First of all, Lets make Kofta ball
- Mix mashed potato, grated panner, 1 teaspoon green chillies,Lemon juice,Ginger, Crushed cashew nuts,Corn flour and salt to a smooth dough
- Grease hand will oil, divide the dough in to lemon sized balls
- Dust these balls with corn flour
- Deep fry these balls to golden brown colour and keep aside
- Now we will make gravy
- In a pan heat one teaspoon oil, Add cumin seeds
- When cumin seeds start to crackle, add bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon saute for few minutes.
- Lets add green chillies and onion and saute well
- Now you can add tomato puree
- Saute well till oil start to separate
- Next we will add Cashew nut paste, chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder and mix well
- Nest we could add sugar and water as required.
- Add kasuri methi
- Finally we could add kofta ball and serve hot
