- Cook gooseberries with salt till it become soft.Slice to pieces and remove seeds
- In a pan heat sesame oil , add chilly powder, hing powder, Fenugreek powder and cook for few minutes
- Add gooseberries and mix well
- add little amount of water and mix well.
- Healthy gooseberry pickle is ready . Use it after a day
