  1. Cook gooseberries with salt till it become soft.Slice to pieces and remove seeds
  2. In a pan heat sesame oil , add chilly powder, hing powder, Fenugreek powder and cook for few minutes
  3. Add gooseberries and mix well
  4. add little amount of water and mix well.
  5. Healthy gooseberry pickle is ready . Use it after a day
  6. Best with curd and rice (personal recommendation only)
