- Cook the tapioca with salt and enough water. Drain the water and keep aside
- Now lets make the masala mix with blending Coconut with Turmeric powder, Chilly powder, Shallot and Garlic to a paste
- In a Pan mix cooked Tapioca with the masala paste well
- Finally we add Oil and Curry leaves
- Best with as a side dish for Fermented Rice Gruel ( Pazham Kanji) or as a Main dish with Fish Curry
