  1. Kappa Puzhukku do both roles , either as a main dish or Side dish
  2. Cook the tapioca with salt and enough water. Drain the water and keep aside
  3. Now lets make the masala mix with blending Coconut with Turmeric powder, Chilly powder, Shallot and Garlic to a paste
  4. In a Pan mix cooked Tapioca with the masala paste well
  5. Finally we add Oil and Curry leaves
  6. Best with as a side dish for Fermented Rice Gruel ( Pazham Kanji) or as a Main dish with Fish Curry
