  1. Crush the dried ginger
  2. Boil some water to cook rice (just enough to cook rice)
  3. When it start boil add Rice & Cardamom Seeds
  4. grind together grated coconut and cumin seeds in to thick paste with enough water ( or you can use coconut milk)
  5. When rice is cooked, add coconut mix  ( if you are using coconut milk, you should add crushed cumin seeds)
  6. Consistency should be little thick
  7. Add salt and mix well
  8. Enjoy your healthy breakfast with a teaspoon of Ghee or some Coconut Chutney
