- Boil some water to cook rice (just enough to cook rice)
- When it start boil add Rice & Cardamom Seeds
- grind together grated coconut and cumin seeds in to thick paste with enough water ( or you can use coconut milk)
- When rice is cooked, add coconut mix ( if you are using coconut milk, you should add crushed cumin seeds)
- Consistency should be little thick
- Add salt and mix well
- Enjoy your healthy breakfast with a teaspoon of Ghee or some Coconut Chutney
