0/0 steps made- Boil some water
- Mix Rice powder (Idiyappam podi) with salt well
- Add boiled water enough to make a dough. mix with a spatula.
- Keep it aside to cool it little till we could use our hands to kneed well
- Now add Ghee and kneed well to form a soft dough
- Clean the Idiyappam Press and fill it with dough
- Put some coconut as base in Idiyappam stand (steamer)
- Now press ididyappam press to the palte
- Do the same for all the plate
- Steam the appam for 10 minutes
- Best with vegetable stew, Egg roast, Egg Curry, Coconut milk
