  1. First of all soak dal for at least 2 hous
  2. Now we have to grid dal. Before , keep 2-3 teaspoon dal separate ( we will add it later)
  3. Now grind the dal in to coarse paste. Don’t add water
  4. Now heat oil
  5. Lets mix all ingredients to the paste include the dal we kept aside
  6. Make a lemon sized ball and press both end to create a disk
  7. Now deep fry them to golden colour
  8. Enjoy with Hot tea or coffee
