  1. To make Special Masala Puri, First of all combine Wheat flour, Garam masala, Lemon Juice, Sugar,Salt and a teaspoon of Oil
  2. Add water little by little and create a soft dough
  3. Keep the dough aside for 10 minutes
  4. Now make lemon sized balls from the dough. Roll them to puris
  5. Heat oil in a pan Deep fry each puris in golden colour
  6. Serve with Vegetable Masala
