  1. First of all let’s  make masala for marination by grinding together Fennel seeds, Cardamom seeds, Cloves, Cinnamon stick, Star anise
  2. Now mix the masala powder with curd, and lemon juice to form thick paste and keep it aside.
  3. Preheat the oven
  4. Cover the fish withe masala paste well and keep it aside for at least half an hour
  5. Now let’s grill the chicken at 180 degree for 45 minutes one side . Flip it and grill it for another 45 minute (depends on your oven model time may change)
  6. Now its ready
