- First of all let’s make masala for marination by grinding together Fennel seeds, Cardamom seeds, Cloves, Cinnamon stick, Star anise
- Now mix the masala powder with curd, and lemon juice to form thick paste and keep it aside.
- Preheat the oven
- Cover the fish withe masala paste well and keep it aside for at least half an hour
- Now let’s grill the chicken at 180 degree for 45 minutes one side . Flip it and grill it for another 45 minute (depends on your oven model time may change)
- Now its ready
