- First let’s make mix for marination.
- Mix black pepper, chilli powder, garam masala , coriander-mint leaves paste, garlic paste, vegetable oil , lemon juice , yogurt , butter & salt in to thick paste
- Coat chicken pieces in marinade paste
- Keep it in refrigerator at least 2-3 hours
- Grill over medium heat(electric griller) until browned, about 30 minutes each side.
- Best with Tomato sauce
