  1. First let’s make mix for marination.
  2. Mix black pepper, chilli powder, garam masala , coriander-mint leaves paste, garlic paste, vegetable oil , lemon juice , yogurt , butter & salt in to thick paste
  3. Coat chicken pieces in marinade paste
  4. Keep it in refrigerator  at least 2-3 hours
  5. Grill over medium heat(electric griller) until browned, about 30 minutes each side.
  6.  Best with Tomato sauce
