  1. In a pan add dry shrimps, add chilly powder, turmeric powder, Salt, Green chillies , water and drumstick pieces
  2. Cook it for 10 minutes.
  3. Now you can add raw mango pieces. Let us cook it again till mangos are cooked well
  4. Grind coconut in to paste and add it with the mix and cook it for few more minutes
  5. In a poan heat oil. Add sliced shallots, dry red chillies, and curry leaves
  6. When the shallot are fried well , pour the mix on the Chemmeen mango curry
  7. Note: Great care should take while adding raw mangos, as the sourness will vary on different varieties. So taste it before adding it
