Keep it aside to cool it little till we could use our hands to kneed well

Now add Ghee and kneed well to form a soft dough

Clean the Idiyappam Press and fill it with dough

Put some coconut as base in Idiyappam stand (steamer)

Now press ididyappam press to the palte

Do the same for all the plate

Steam the appam for 10 minutes

Best with vegetable stew, Egg roast, Egg Curry, Coconut milk
