First of all Cook the soya chunks and press to drain water

now lets marinate it with chilly powder, salt, meat masala and lets keep it aside

In a pan heat oil , add grated coconut , curry leaves, red chilly and lets fry it little till coconut get browned

Add coriander powder and mix well

Now we will make a paste with coconut mix in a mixer grinder adding enough water

In a pan heat oil, add ginger-garlic paste , add onion, coconut slices and saute well

Add soya chunk , coconut masala mix and toss well

Our soya chunk roast is ready. If you want you can add some water to make it a curry

Best with Chapati/ Roti, Appam
