  1. First of all, Lets make Kofta ball
  2. Mix mashed potato, grated panner, 1 teaspoon green chillies,Lemon juice,Ginger, Crushed cashew nuts,Corn flour and salt to a smooth dough
  3. Grease hand will oil, divide the dough in to lemon sized balls
  4. Dust these balls with corn flour
  5. Deep fry these balls to golden brown colour and keep aside
  6. Now we will make gravy
  7. In a pan heat one teaspoon oil, Add cumin seeds
  8. When cumin seeds start to crackle, add bay leaf, cloves, and cinnamon saute for a few minutes.
  9. Lets add green chillies and onion and saute well
  10. Now you can add tomato puree
  11. Saute well till oil start to separate
  12. Next we will add Cashew nut paste, chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder and mix well
  13. Next we could add sugar and water as required.
  14. Add kasuri methi
  15. Finally we could add kofta ball and serve hot
