Paneer Kofta

First of all, Lets make Kofta ball

Mix mashed potato, grated panner, 1 teaspoon green chillies,Lemon juice,Ginger, Crushed cashew nuts,Corn flour and salt to a smooth dough

Grease hand will oil, divide the dough in to lemon sized balls

Dust these balls with corn flour

Deep fry these balls to golden brown colour and keep aside
-
Now we will make gravy
-
In a pan heat one teaspoon oil, Add cumin seeds
-
When cumin seeds start to crackle, add bay leaf, cloves, and cinnamon saute for a few minutes.

Lets add green chillies and onion and saute well
-
Now you can add tomato puree
-
Saute well till oil start to separate
-
Next we will add Cashew nut paste, chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder and mix well
-
Next we could add sugar and water as required.

Add kasuri methi
-
Finally we could add kofta ball and serve hot
