  1. In a pan heat oil, add Ginger and Green chillies and saute well
  2. Now let’s extract Tamarind juice , and boil it with Turmeric Powder and chilly powder
  3. Next we will add the ginger, green chilly mix. Let’s boil it for few more minutes
  4. For a different taste,  you can add Jaggery and mix well (optional step)
  5. In a pan heat oil. Add Mustard seeds, Green chillies, Dry red chillies
  6. Now lets garnish the pickle with Mustards seed mix
  7. Inchi curry, is ready!!!
