- In a pan heat oil, add Ginger and Green chillies and saute well
- Now let’s extract Tamarind juice , and boil it with Turmeric Powder and chilly powder
- Next we will add the ginger, green chilly mix. Let’s boil it for few more minutes
- For a different taste, you can add Jaggery and mix well (optional step)
- In a pan heat oil. Add Mustard seeds, Green chillies, Dry red chillies
- Now lets garnish the pickle with Mustards seed mix
- Inchi curry, is ready!!!
