  2. First of all, beat one egg well. Add powdered sugar, Baking soda and mix well.
  3. Now add All purpose flour little by little. Kneed well and make a dough similar to Chapati /roti
  4. Keep it for 30 minutes covered
  5. With a rolling pin, make 1 1/2 inch thick sheet
  6. Cut them in to small square
  7. Mark “X” on each pieces with the knife
  8. Heat oil and deep fry each of them in to golden brown colour. Vetttu cake is ready
