  1. Podiyari Upma or Podi Ari Upma is a typical kerala breakfast. Its a Quick and easy version of Upma. Let’s start
  2. In a Pan heat oil, add Mustard seeds, When it start to sputter, add curry leaves & Dry red chillies, saute for 2 minutes
  3. Add Green chillies, Shallots, Ginger and saute few more minutes, till the raw smell goes
  4. Now add Enough water to cook the Rice
  5. Add enough salt and mix well
  6. Finally add Broken rice and cook it till the rice is cooked well
  7. When done, flame off, Add Grated Coconut, Mix everything
  8. Serve hot Podi Ari Upma
