  1. Ellunda is the snack with Nostalgic and Healthy background.
  2. First of all wash the Sesame seeds drain water
  3. In a pan heat Sesame seeds, till it become crisp
  4. Melt the jaggery with a teaspoon water, strain it for impurities and keep it aside
  5. When the Sesame seeds become cool, make a coarse powder (optional step)

  6. Now mix Ghee and Cardamom powder with jaggery syrup, mix well
  7. Finally Add Sesame seeds and make small balls with hand
  8. Ellunda is ready
