Simple Soya Chunk Roast

  1. First of all Cook the soya chunks and press to drain water
  2. now lets marinate it with chilly powder, salt, meat masala and lets keep it aside
  3. In a pan heat oil , add grated coconut , curry leaves, red chilly and lets fry it little till coconut get browned
  4. Add coriander powder and mix well
  5. Now we will make a paste with coconut mix in a mixer grinder adding enough water
  6. In a pan heat oil, add ginger-garlic paste , add onion, coconut slices and saute well
  7. Add soya chunk , coconut masala mix and toss well
  8. Our soya chunk roast is ready. If you want you can add some water to make it a curry
  9. Best with Chapati/ Roti, Appam
