  1. First of all slice the bananas half or quarter
  2. Mix flour, salt, turmeric powder, sugar and water to a batter without lumps
  3. Heat oil, dip each banana piece into batter. let the batter cover banana pieces well
  4. Deep fry both sides of banana pieces to golden colour
  5. Serve warm with tea
