Masala Chai

Instructions

  1. In a pan heat cardamom seeds, cinnamon powder, black pepper, clove, star anise for few minutes
  2. Now lets crush them in to powder and mix with Tea powder
  3. In a pan, heat water.
  4. Put ginger pieces and boil it for a few more minutes.
  5. Now add Masala mix and mix well
  6. Let it boil for two minutes
  7. Add milk and sugar if required
  8. Strain masala tea to Cup
