  1. Soak urad dal for at lest 2 hours. Grind it to a paste without water
  2. Heat Oil for frying
  3. Now mix rice flour, green chillies sliced, black pepper,Ginger, Onion, Curry leaves and salt.
  4. Either by hand or Vada maker make vada and deep fry it to Golden brown in colour
  5. If you are using hand , dip band in to water, take a spoon of batter, make a hole and slowly slide in to Oi
