Cook beef with 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder and salt.

Boil the Tapioca cubes with 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder and salt.

Mash the Tapioca well and keep it aside

In a pan heat a teaspoon oil . Add grated coconut , and red chilly and fry it till it obtain brown colour.

Add coriander powder and fry for few more minutes

Grind the coconut mix with required amount of water in to thick paste

In a pan heat two teaspoon oil. add ginger and garlic, saute for few minute

Now add sliced Onions, add salt and saute it well till its colour will change
-
Add chilly powder, Meat masala and mix well
-
Add coconut paste and mix well. Now add cooked beef with stock
-
when everything combined to a thick gravy , add Pepper powder
-
Now mix the mashed tapioca with the masala and mix well
-
Before serving add chopped onions
