Ingredients
  • 4 Onion (chopped)
  • 3/4 cup Coconut (grated)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chilly powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Urad dal
  • 1 spring Curry leaves
  • 2 Dry Red Chillies
  • Oil and Salt as required
Instructions

    To make Ulli Thoran, First of all,  a heat a teaspoon Oil in a pan, add mustard seeds. When it starts crackle, add Urad dal, Dry Red Chillies

    Now add Coconut, Turmeric powder and Chilly powder , Salt and mix well
  3. 3
    Finally add Onion and cook it few minutes

    Onion Thoran is ready
