Ingredients
  • 3 cup Raw rice
  • 1 1/2 cup Grated Coconut
  • 5-6 Shallots
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds,
  • Salt and Oil as required
Instructions

    Rice Dosa with Coconut is super easy recipe. First of all soak rice for at least 2 hrs. Drain water and keep it aside

    Now in a blender, Add rice, Shallots, Cumin seeds, enough Water and make a Thick smooth paste

    Next, we add grated Coconut, Salt and mix well

    In a pan add a teaspoon of Oil, take a ladle of batter, spread it and cook it  both side in oil. Should be crisp little

    Now your Rice dosa is ready. Serve hot with Chutney powder or any curry of your choice
