Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Raw Mango chopped
  • 1 cup grated Coconut
  • 6 Green chillies
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 3/4 cup Curd
  • 1 spring Curry leaves
  • 2 Dry Red chillies
  • Salt & Oil as required
Instructions

    To make traditional Kerala Sadya Kichadi -Raw Mango Kichadi- First Grind Coconut and Green chilles in a coarse paste

    Now add Mango, and grind it with required amount of water. Don't make paste
  3. 3
    Add 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds and grind it once more. Transfer the mix to a bowl.

    let's add let's add Curd, Salt and mix well. Keep it aside

    In a pan Heat oil, add Curry leaves, Mustard seeds, Red chillies. Wait till mustard seeds finishes its crackle,

    Finally add the Mix to the pan, Let it cook for some time, When t reach the right consistency, remove from heat.

    Raw Mango Kichadi is ready
