Kerala Style Poori Masala

Ingredients
  • 3 Potatoes (diced)
  • 1 Onion (sliced)
  • 3 Green Chillies (slitted)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chilly Powder
  • 1/2 cup Grated Coconut
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • Salt
Instructions

    Kerala Style puri masala/ poori masala. its very easy to make.

    First of all lets cook Potatoes, Onion, Green chillies with Salt and water
  3. 3
    When everything cooked well, add Turmeric powder, Chilly powder and mix well.

    Now we will make masala paste by grinding together Coconut and Garam masala.

    Finally let's mis this masala paste to the potato mixture
  6. 6
    Combine everything and cook till it reach the right consistency.

    Serve hot with Puri/Poori, Masala Puri
