Now, make a masala paste by grinding grated coconut with garam masala and a little water to form a smooth paste.

Add this coconut masala paste to the potato mixture and combine everything well.

Cook on a low flame until it reaches the desired consistency, stirring occasionally.

Serve hot with Puri (Poori). Perfect for a traditional Kerala breakfast or brunch!
