Ingredients
  • 1/2 kg Cabbage chopped
  • 1 cup grated Coconut
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chilly Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Urad dal
  • 2 Dry Red Chillies
  • 1 spring Curry leaves
  • Oil and Salt as required
Instructions

    Cabbage Thoran or Cabbage stir fry for Kerala feast ( Sadya) . Is very easy to cook.

    In a pan heat a teaspoon Oil, Add mustard seeds.

    When mustard seeds starts to crackle, add Urad dal, Curry leaves, Dry red Chillies
  4. 4
    Add grated Coconut , Turmeric powder, Chilly powder, Salt and Mix well

    Now you could add Shredded cabbage and stir continuously  in low flame without water about 10 minutes.

    Cabbage Stir Fry is ready
