Ingredients
  • 1/2 kg Ayala (Mackerel)
  • 1/2 inch Ginger chopped
  • 3 teaspoon Chilly powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fenugreek
  • 4 pieces Dried Cambogia
  • 6 Shallot sliced
  • 4 Green Chillies splitted
  • 2 spring Curry leaves
  • Salt and Oil as required
Instructions

    To make Ayala Mulakittathu, first of all, heat oil, add Fenugreek seeds, add Ginger, Green chillies Shallots and saute well.

    When the raw smell away add Chilly powder, Turmeric powder, Coriander powder and mix well.
  3. 3
    Now you can add enough water.

     Add enough salt and Cambogia and let it to boil
  5. 5
    Add mackerel pieces  and cook it for few minutes
  6. 6
    When the water level reach the right consistency , Add Curry leaves .

    Serve hot with Rice
