Ingredients
  • 2 cup Matta rice
  • 1 1/2 cup Jaggery
  • 1/2 cup grated Coconut
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry Ginger powder

    Ariyunda / Ari Unda is an easy made snack. First of  all we have to fry rice well
  2. 2
    Roast rice without oil in a pan at least 15 minutes. Let it cool
  3. 3
    In a blender make a smooth powder with the rice
  4. 4
    Now in blender grind together coconut and jaggery.
  5. 5
    Let's mix all ingredients together. Mix jaggery paste, Cardamom Powder, Dry ginger powder with the rice powder

    No need to add water. Make  lemon sized balls.

    Keep it in an air tight Container
