First of all, We clean the lemon well, keep it in hot water for 10 minutes.

Cut it in to small Pieces. Add salt and mix well. Keep it for 10-15 minutes

In a Pan heat Gingelly Oil. Add Mustard seeds

When Mustard seeds starts to spurts, Add Kashmiri Chilly powder.

Add Fenugreek powder, Asafoetida and mix well

Flame off and add the Lemon pieces and mix well

You can use it instantly. Vadukapuli Naranga Achar is ready
