Blend the cooked mixture with chilli powder into a thick paste.

In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds.

When the mustard seeds crackle, add dry red chillies and curry leaves.

Pour this tempering over the tomato chutney and mix well.

Serve with dosa or idli.
