Ingredients
  • 2 Tomatoes (sliced)
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chilly Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 spring Curry leaves
  • 2 Garlic cloves (optional)
  • 2 Dry Red Chillies
  • Salt and Oil as required

    Tomato Chutney is really an easy make chutney for Dosa Idli etc

    First of all, In a pan saute Tomatos, Onion, Garlic for some time

    If everything cooked, Swtch off the flame, and let it cool

    In a blender mix tomato mixture , with Chilly powder and make a thick paste
  5. 5
    In a pan Heat oil, Add mustard seeds, When it crackle, add red chillies, Curry leaves

    Pour the mix over Tomato chutney
  7. 7
    Best with Dosa, Idli
