  • 1/2 cup Taro (chembu)
  • 1 cup AshGourd sliced,
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk,
  • 2 Green chillies slitted,
  • 1 spring Curry leaves,
  • 2 teaspoon Yardlong beans seeds (Optional)
  • Salt and Oil as required,

    To Make Olan - a traditional Kerala Sadya item- is really an easy task

    First cook Ash Gourd, Taro, Beans seeds, Green chillies, Salt  with enough water
  3. 3
    When everything cooked Add Coconut Milk.and Curry leaves
  4. 4
    Add a teaspoon of Coconut Oil
  5. 5
    Olan is ready.
