Ingredients
  • 250 gm Anchovy (Netholi / Kozhuva -cleaned)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chilly powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • Salt and Oil as required
Instructions

    First step to make Netholi fry is cleaning the fish. Its little hard job. But result is really worth.

    Now marinate the fish with Turmeric powder, Chilly powder , Pepper powder and Salt

    Keep it there for at least 10 minutes

    Heat oil in a pan. and deep fry netholi in golden brown colour
  5. 5
    Your crispy netholi fry is ready
