Ingredients
2cup Raw Peanuts
1cup Gram flour
1tablespoon Rice flour
1teaspoon Chopped Garlic
2spring Curry leaves
1teaspoon Corn flour
2teaspoon Chilly powder
1/4teaspoon Turmeric powder
1teaspoon Garam masala
1pinch Asafoetida
1/2teaspoon Salt
Oil for Frying

Masala peanuts or Masala kappalandi (മസാല കപ്പലണ്ടി )is one of all-time favourite snack in Kerala. So let’s make bakery style masala peanuts fry

First of all , in a bowl let’s mix Raw peanuts with Garlic , 1 teaspoon Chilly powder, Turmeric powder, Salt and water.

Mix well and keep it aside. One thing to be noticed, we wont add any further water for the dough. so Add enough water here.

Next we will mix the Spicy masala mix. In a bowl, mix Gram flour, Rice flour, Corn flour, Chilly powder, Turmeric powder, Garam masala, Asafoetida , Salt

Combine everything well.

Mix the flour mix to Peanut mixture and combine well

Next we will separate each peanuts . Make sure every peanuts is well covered with the dough. Its little time consuming process . But we recommend it.

Finally we will deep fry it with curry leaves. Masala Peanuts are ready
