Boil some water to cook rice (just enough to cook rice)

When it start boil add Rice & Cardamom Seeds

grind together grated coconut and cumin seeds in to thick paste with enough water ( or you can use coconut milk)

When rice is cooked, add coconut mix ( if you are using coconut milk, you should add crushed cumin seeds)

Consistency should be little thick

Add salt and mix well

Enjoy your healthy breakfast with a teaspoon of Ghee or some Coconut Chutney
