First of all , in a pan heat oil. Add coconut , 2 dry red chillies and fry it

when it started to brown colour add Coriander powder and fry few more minute till it reach dark brown colour

When it cool enough add some water , vegetable masala powder and grind it to thick paste

In a pressure cooker, add Black chickpeas, Potato, Onion, Garlic, Sliced colonut, turmeric powder, chilly powder , salt and enough water

Mix it well and cook it

When its all cooked well, add the coconut masala and mix well

Let it boil for few minute

In a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds. When mustard seeds to crackle, add curry leaves, red chilly powder. and garnish the kadala curry with it

Best with Appam or Puttu
