Kerala Egg Roast

Ingredients
  • 5 Eggs (Boiled and peeled)
  • 5 Onion (sliced)
  • 1 inch Ginger (crushed)
  • 4 Garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 1 1 Tomato sliced 1 spring Curry leaves
  • 2 teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chilly powder
  • 3 Green Chillies (sliced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper powder
  • Salt and Oil as required
Instructions

    To make Egg Roast in Kerala style, heat oil in a pan, add Ginger, Garlic and saute for few minutes

    Add Onion Green chillies when the raw smell away, add salt and saute till the colour of onion turned to brown
  3. 3
    Now add all  powdered ingredients and mix well.

    It's the time to add Tomato. Add it mix it. saute it well ( You can use tomato puree instead)

    Finally the gravy is ready. If required you could add little water) Now add boiled egg and cover it with Masala

    Egg roast in Indian Coffee House style is ready. Best with Appam, Kallappam, Idiyappam
