Pour in enough water. Add cambogia and salt. Mix everything and let it boil for 2 minutes.

Add the fish pieces, close the pan with a lid, and cook until the fish is done.

When the fish is cooked and the gravy reaches the right consistency, add coconut milk and a few curry leaves.

Switch off the flame and let it rest for a few minutes.

Serve hot with kappa (tapioca) or rice.
