Ingredients
  • 2 cup Beetroot (grated)
  • 1 cup grated Coconut
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Chilly powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 2 Dry Red Chillies
  • 2 spring Curry leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Urad Dal
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • Salt and Oil as required
Instructions

    First of all, mix Coconut with Red chilly powder and turmeric powder and salt well

    Now let's heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, Urad dal, Curry leaves and Dry red chillies

    Add coconut mix and cook for few minutes

    Now you can Add grated Beetroot
  5. 5
    Close the pan with lid and let it cook well

    Water content should reduced half.

    Now easy Beetroot Thoran is Ready
