Beef Dry Fry or BDF is a popular non- veg delicacy from Kerala. Here we will discuss the easy method !
2
First of all, We will Marinate Beef (not cut but full)
3
Make a paste with Turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon Ginger crush, and 1/2 teaspoon Garlic crush and Soy sauce
4
Marinate the Beef with the paste and keep it minimum 30 minutes
5
Now let’s cook it in a Pressure cooker without water. But do not cook it fully. 80% is enough .
6
When it’s cool enough to handle, Cut it in to long pieces of one inch long. ( don’t spoil the stock water)
7
Its time to marinate it again for frying
8
Make a thick paste by mixing Ginger and Garlic crush, Kashmiri chilly powder, Pepper powder, Chilly flakes, Corn flour, Stock water and Salt ( be care full about salt. because We already used Soy sauce which contain salt)
9
Marinate the paste to Beef pieces well.
10
Heat oil and deep fry Beef pieces to brown colour
11
Beef Dry Fry is ready. Just pour Lemon extract just before serving
